I feel that way on my period every month as it is...and I am loving the book so far- and of course it's like with anything- take what you like and leave the rest. She makes some really good points that articulate so many things I feel and believe but don't know how to articulate. It's like, come on people, I showered and I showed up. WHAT MORE DO YOU WANT FROM ME?<br /><br /><3 Alicia, though I don't subscribe to a lot of her wisdom. I enjoyed The Kind Diet, but it was too extreme for my tastes to implement 100%. I already have way too many Mama books on my radar, but sure, let's add The Kind Mama to the mix.
